TO ALL ENGINEERING SCIENCE N2 AND N3 STUDENTS

The department has received evidence to the effect that both the N2 and N3 question papers yet to be written for the subjects engineering science during the report 190/1 engineering studies August 2017 examinations currently in progress have been compromised .

The two question papers have therefore had to be withdrawn and replaced to protect the credibility of the national examination process and the integrity of the qualification .the reschedule dates for the two question papers are as follows .

RESCHEDULING OF REPORT 190/1 AUGUST 2017 EXAMINATION QUESTION PAPERS

chief invigilators, invigilators and students  are  duly  informed  of  the  rescheduling  of  several  examination  question papers scheduled for the current Report 190/1 August 2017 cycle.

The Department has received evidence to the effect that several question papers yet to be written during the Report 190/1 Engineering Studies August 2017 examinations currently in progress have been compromised.

The question papers for five subjects have therefore had to be withdrawn and replaced to protect the credibility of the national examinations process and the integrity of the qualification. The details and rescheduled dates for the five question papers are as follows:

Goldfields College for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following (College Council) Non- Persal paid vacancies:

 

POST: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER  (BDO)

 

REF NO: GTVETC/ – 24-Month Contract

SALARY: R 183 558.00 pa

 

Minimum requirements: 3 Year Relevant Tertiary Qualification, 2-year entrepreneurship development experience and computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook); a valid driver’s licence

Recommendations: Strong in client connection and client service, experience in enterprise development, strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure, proven track record of developing new businesses, proven experience in project management with experience in innovation and/or technology fields being an added advantage.

Duties: the Business Development Officer will ensure that the successful delivery of incubation services at the CFE and in particular, ensure effective use of CFE facilities and achievement of enterprise development goals and objectives. The BDO will work closely with entrepreneurs and start-up companies to facilitates the growth, development and sustainability of small businesses through a number of focused intervention pillars, including: Access to Information – Business Support
- Access to Finance
- Skills Development – Access to Markets..

Description:

Bidders are hereby invited to bid for rental of 13 Photocopy Machines for a period of 36 months for Goldfields TVET College Three Campuses.

·         Bid documents are available at a non-refundable fee of R250.00 per bid document, and are availbale at the College Central Office, 36 Buren Street, Flamingo Park, WELKOM
